Im adoring all the characters. I wish I woulda read this sooner. Prose is perfection and Ive even had a Sir Walter Scott reference and now Im wondering about my coffee...

Juliette RoseWarden Ooooh Eight Cousins is a REALLY good book. Roses in Bloom the sequel is even better.

That's what my sister tells me. And I am really enjoying it! A little less than Anne of Green Gables... but its still solid.

Juliette RoseWarden Yeah, Louisa May Alcott and L. M. Montgomery are DEFINITELY in my top five authors. I read everything of theirs i can get my hands on. L. M. Montgomery for her characters and settings, and Alcott for her life lessons and characters. ❤️

Gil K Montgomery is in my top 10. I have adored all of her books I've read. And I have... lets see... after I finally read all 8 for AOGG... 5 more novels?
I just got into Alcott. So far I've liked her less than Montgomery, its just not quite the same for me. I have a few other things I prefer. But I still like her books.
