This beginning is off to a slow start and the terminology she uses in regards to her Aunt at first meeting if hateful and off-putting. Didn't like the Aunt's bible quote in response either... Hopefully the main plot will kick start soon because it's a struggle to get into the story at this point. I've only been able to focus long enough to read a couple of pages at a time. :/
