very interesting turn of events. i believe stoner is an interesting character. i still believe he is depressed, especially now. i believe he is so passive in his life and not willing to stand up for what he believes in or what he wants. with the exception of that instance regarding his principles. he was warned before he made that choice, and it bit him in the butt!

like this book v much. i like the writing and the themes. excited to see where it goes because right now i have no idea where this story is going ahhaha. theme i am picking up so far is mediocrity and dealing with life as a dreamer. maybe expecting too much out of life.
