i’m enjoying this much much more than babel, but everything rf kuang writes is passion filled and beautiful! i like the adventure aspect of this book and find it easier to read.

i don’t get how a lot of people online say this book is too academic for them… this is the PERFECT amount of intellect imo (or maybe i’m biased because i love mythology and philosophical thought processes)
