Why is this 42 year old man acting like he's an emotionally stunted 22 year old? The writing could definitely use editing. Ex: A chapter ended saying the day was bad because it started with a fight with her BFF. But the scene with the BFF was supportive - there was no fight? A lot of the same thoughts and behaviour over and over. Why are the girlfriends so mean to each other it's weird...
