I’ve been multitasking while I listen to this and I’ve found lately that I haven’t been paying enough attention so I’ve started to lose some interest. My goal is to only listen to it when I can give it my full attention.

I love fantasy!! Would you recommend it based off of what you were able to read?

I would recommend the physical book, the audio book doesn’t include the artwork and I’m not a fan of the narrator. This does read slightly juvenile, which I like as a newer fantasy reader.
I struggled to keep track of everything by cause I felt like there was a lot of “background noise”, I’m not sure how else to word it. When you’re first introduced to a fantasy world there is so much information to take in, and I felt like the main character was thrown into a a multi decade war and they had to explain the drama between everyone. I don’t think they did this poorly, just as an audio book I struggled to keep it all straight.
I will finish it, it was recommended to me and I love the idea, plus they’re making a movie about it and I want to watch that so I will finish the book.
I think you would enjoy it if you like fantasy, it is long though!
Okay, thank you! I tend to enjoy slightly juvenile when it comes to fantasy so I think ill put it on my "to read" list!
