So this guy has terrorized, literally pursued someone he humiliated, cornered her in a stairwell, basically sexually assaulted her, then when she is trying to quit he corners her in her office and tries the sa again but thinks he's smart by offering her an option to say no which he thinks equals consent. And when she does he decides he's going to blackmail her.
