I finally finished the original 1973 version of the book! The 30th anniversary edition has an extra section called Buttercup’s Baby, so I’ll read that next.

really glad the movie took out some of buttercup’s more disturbing nightmares and the animal torture found in chapter six 😳

I think chapter 5 is the longest chapter I’ve ever read. It was 105 pages!
