Another story from the Bluegrass series. This one has Prince Gabe who has a playboy reputation being called on to negotiate a treaty he steps up. In the process he meets a waitress Sloane and they chat while he works on his papers in her bar. After he saves her from a drugged out college guy they become friends. She sadly has a past that is looking to kidnap and kill her.
