Chapter 5 starts in that gripping way that I had once found the witcher series. I don't know why, maybe it's just my mood, but starting with a trial that is finally bringing several threads together instantly turn this series into a chore back into a favorable passtime.

Each chapter takes roughly an hour to get through, I have finished chapter 4. At this point I should focus on how little I actually care for what is going on. I want to like the set up, the character writing, etc. Ultimately, I am only reading because I have it in my library. After lady of the lake, I don't think I'm going to read more from this series.
