I guess I am on something of a science fiction kick at the moment. Come on though! Who doesn’t want to read a book about sentient dolls whose actions are a metaphor for the destruction wreaked by industrialization? Okay…maybe it’s just me. Anyway, Ishiguro is an amazing writer, and this book is really good so far.
