is this disease some kind of balancing of the universe? if the crimson dragon king's soul is going to keep being reincarnated for eternity, allowing for the use of such limitless power, then there must be a price. weakness and pain and early deaths in those descended from the king to make up for the reincarnation???? it's not fair but it could be seen as balance nonetheless
