Verity’s story pulled me in. Experiencing the states of her bipolar disorder from her POV were interesting and set me on a path to research more about this mental illness. I believe there are more people in my life likely undiagnosed as a result of reading this book. Monk’s journey and the decade+ of heartbreak all from a lack of knowing… wow! What a read!
