I I liked when Milah said he’s not some criminal. He’s your father because I think it is effectively pushing back against a lot of stigma and some biases that I was myself bringing to the book. But it was also unforgivably cool that London gave a fake phone number like really sociopath behavior.

Kaylani chasing a presidential pardon nudge from the Obamas feels silly but I guess any port in a storm. That ironically is the place my willing suspension of disbelief is fracturing. Because we know Trump would never give anyone a pardon at obama’s suggestion.
