My god is Ana Huang allergic to specificity when it comes to her characters ethnicities/cultural backgrounds. The characters Ethiopian but she never specifies WHAT her ethnicity she is. Everything is just generally East African (and honestly Horn of Africa). It’s like saying I’m Kenyan and acting like means something besides nationality ???
