Elizabeth is written as overly naive in her interactions w the TV producer and crew and it pisses me off bc it doesn’t make sense for her character at all. To be as progressive and feminist as she was in that era and still get those opportunities she did takes immense courage, grit and the ability to READ THE ROOM. She’s a very bright character so idk why she’s being almost childlike in her ignorance

Listening on audiobook bc my library doesn’t have a physical copy rn and im loving it

This is fun and interesting I like it so far. Calvin pisses me off so much though I wish he would just listen to her wishes on things smh
