Part 1 done. It took four chapters to pull me into the story, but now I’m in and will finish. However, I admit—with all the “carrots” and “poking,” I’m shocked this is such a favorite among friends of mine.
230 pages in, I’m already tired of this world of men where women are mostly disposable things you use. I hope I feel differently by the end.
