EOB theory (after ch 31)


















Steph's mom got 3 tickets so the whole family would leave but her dad said no. So her mom tooknthe 1 and left. The fire started because of a cigarette. Steph's death was an accident because she got lost/confused due to being drunk and scared.

Oh look....another problem I have with this story.

Why are the counselors not staying WITH the children at night!? I went to plenty of sleep away camps in the day and not a ONE let us kids sleep alone! Every cabin had at least 1 "adult" staying with us at night in case of emergencies. This makes NO sense! This is a book set in reality...make it so!

I already have a problem with this book! Everyone is acting like this tragedy happened 15-20 years ago when really it's only 5. The people involved are late 20s MAYBE 30. "Botox is your friend." You're 28ish, you dont need it! "Why havent you written a book? Think you cant do it?" You're 27ish, your career is just starting! The late 20s attitude is there, but the dialog is around 40s.
