Wtf is chapter seventeen

Chapter 11 throws me off. I feel like Cecilia and Sean’s relationship is super random given that there has been no foundation development into the relationship. Sits on his lap day 2, all of a sudden he’s kissing her face 2 weeks later, randomly spending all their free time together (but just friends). No relation build up but somehow still a slow burn. But I’m glad I’m not the only one in this boat 🤣
