I'm making good progress today, and expect to finish most of the extended flashback that comprises this book by day end. Wizard and Glass is still as good the first two times I read it, but it's still an odd tale, with Roland's first adventure in Hambry and his relationship with Susan entertaining. But it does make the story feel disjointed, what with it finishing the cliffhanger from the prior book.
