DNF. I can't do it anymore with any of the characters. They're poorly developed. There's no motivation behind anything they're doing, just vibes to make it to the next scene. It's hard to explain how the story is moving forward yet nothing is really happening. The magic part of this isn't intriguing enough to push me to finish. I'm annoyed and bored

Mysteries stress me outtt but this is still fun. Love the teasing of magic and dark gods. The fmc is annoying me with this whole "you could have called" thing though ☠️ like girl you're 28 and he DIDN'T HAVE YOUR NUMBER. Mind you, she actually DID have his number. She didn't start stupid earlier in the book so hopefully she doesn't stay stupid. TBD
