I feel so confused. Everyone is turning against each other but I thought they were all on the same team. I don’t know why Jim ran away. I feel like I’m reading this book but not really reading it. I feel like my eyes just move along the page lol.

Attempting to read this for my bf since he said it’s his favorite. It’s a different genre than what I’ve been reading so that’s hard for a change. And also I feel like it talks in rhymes- it’s old talk. So it’s hard to follow. Also the beginning is definitely slow- per his words and my thoughts. Hoping it gets better. Trying real hard to read it tho.
