Still very, very unimpressed. I don't think I want to read any more of it. No, actually, it's worse than that - the book's on my desk right now, and I'm actually avoiding looking at it, because seeing the cover will remind me that I need to read it. It just occurred to me not five minutes ago that I can return this book and buy something better with the money. Hmm...

I bought this book for three reasons: the front cover is pretty, the back cover mentions 'Jurassic Park', and also killer bees. Taking into account the prologue, however, it might have been an error in judgement on my part...
