Author made a negative comment about a character using the US flag on a social media page and I was done. Very divisive when there is no reason for it. This is a story about friendship, family and social media (MFC’s job as an influencer, but it went in directions very political for seemingly no reason). Story line was weak so maybe throwing in some hot topics was supposed to boost likability????
