This Elizabeth, because of her sight impairment, is extremely perspicacious to unveil Wickham’s lies.
She proposes a plan to her friends and neighbors… the only problem is that Wickham is only just arrived in Meryton and hasn’ had any time to accumulate any debt yet !

I gave up in the second chapter, as this "blind" Elizabeth didn't seem to have any real impairment, and she was so smug and insufferable. I also noticed that she seemed to have already read P&P as she knew things that were from P&P. It sounds like her reaction to Wickham is another example of her having already read P&P!

[ no joke ]"Before I returned it to KU, and based on some comments in reviews, I went back to the story and jumped to the last couple of chapters. I was thinking, "She's in OHIO?? With Anne???" Good grief. Among other things, it's an example of how her blindness never seemed to have any impact on her life.
The story is so absolutely FARFETCHED that there was one episode in America when Lizzy had an accident and struck her head, so I thought “of course she will regain some of her sight now! It will be a miracle!”But no, the only miracle that happened there was that Lizzy had a deep soul-searching awakening about taking up the piano again, still blind though :>

It will be..."LOL! He obviously put more effort into the writing experiment part of the story (shifting narrative) than into the plot. Awful.
