The reason I'm listening to the audio book is because it is part of the goodreads summer challenge. This main character is so unbelievably whiny. The love interest is too good for her, plus bonus: he does call her and the "friendgroup" out on their terrible behavior.
Still, I already know he's going to cave the second she gets teary-eyed. She's somehow both ridiculously annoying and treated like she can do no wrong
