Trent's voice managed to break through when it rose above the rest to state in a clear and carrying voice that, if she did kill her baby, she should be arrested. And punished.

...aah. Anti-abortion laws now fully implemented. Now I understand the "a (should be) dystopian" 🙈 Very close to where we're all currently heading...

I would love to say I'm enjoying it but the flaws in the writing and character work are starting to overshadow the great unsettling atmosphere 🥲
(also, could Vilda's eyes stop sparkling and glittering? For someone who's supposed to be this quiet, strongly manipulative character, she does nothing but exist and sparkle 🙈)

I think the problem, my problem, started when I cast her as the Love Interest in the Coming of Age drama of my life. Confirmation bias did the rest. That's why it took me so long to see her for what she really was, and what I was becoming because of her...Now, here we are. Watching the world burn.[...] All because I fell in love with the antagonist of my own story.

What an opener, damn!! 👀

The Reading Frog Oh damn... hitting a little close to home 😩
Definitely proves its title 👀 Each day, reality grows closer and closer to this genre we call "dystopia"

I'm VERY interested in what this book is all about 👏

Very close, yeah, I really like how it feels slightly futuristic but not that much at all 🥲 Makes me quite uneasy.
So far I'm enjoying myself! ❤️🐸

Ahaha happy to pique your interest 🤭 I'm curious where it's going 👀

Ahaha fair 😂 but be nice, the author made it herself and I'll always appreciate that over AI slop 😑
