Ok I’m kinda loving it rn. At first the constant Gen Z humour was breaking the forth wall a little too much for me and I couldn’t rly get into the mindset of the world but now … I wouldn’t say it adds to the story but it definitely doesn’t take away. The characters and the plot are doing their bit now :)
