idk I feel like I missed some chapters! their pacing was fine until they dropped the L bomb 😭 now I’m just slightly confused

is it insta-love if she’s been obsessed with him for forever (prior to the start of the book)? but like…we don’t get true flashbacks or build up (at least so far)? BUT there is tension/longing?
