paper towns infected my brain with the “run away and become mythos” virus as a preteen. of course TMG is on the soundtrack for the movie. OH MY GOD SO IS SANTIGOLD? vampire weekend makes sense. well anyways paper towns was my John Green novel of choice. i didn’t care as deeply for the fault in our stars as tumblr had lead me to believe i would.

I MISSED A DAY BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE MY BOOK T_T well i think its interesting that the verse referenced here includes “we played the flute for you and you did not dance” — reminds me of rain in soho “we played for you but you would not sing” which is probably on purpose knowing the mountain goats
