Absolutely loved this book, from beginning to end I was thoroughly entertained. This is a children's fantasy, but it isn't childish. The young characters are respectful and likeable. The different areas were mapped out in a way that corresponded to where the characters were at on the map. The two main characters are separated and then the book carries on the two storylines beautifully.
