Jessi’s handwriting is different. I mean, they’re all a little different, but hers is totally different. And thank God! Her original handwriting gave me a headache! It was hard to read and reminded me of how an old lady would write! I approve this decision to change her handwriting!

Mary Anne’s homemade library is very old school with checking out the books by signing your name on the card in the front pocket and leaving it with her until the book is returned. It’s so archaic!

I think this book takes place between books 55 and 59. I say this because it's before Dawn moved to California (the first or second time) and Abby joined the BSC. There is no Abby in this book. Also, Mallory's fear of riding horses when she took lessons at Kendallwood Farm and that was book 54. Mary Anne has long hair on the cover and that was book 60 she got her makeover.

I’m a huge fan of the BSC (read them in my youth)!so of course had to get this. Already on page 2 and it appears Dawn is living in Stoneybrook? What is going on here?
