Initially I was really put off with the main character who was doing nothing more than acting his age. (16) However, as the story progresses, he slowly ages with fewer impulsive, immature behaviors.

Not sure where I am at in the audio book but its going quickly. I get irritated by the main character but have to remember he is supposed to be about 16 yrs old, written by a 19 year old.
