And just like that, I have to wait another month to continue with my reread. I don't think it's possible for me to describe how much I adore this book. It's gotten to the point where I think people are tired of hearing me say that.

Because I adore this book, I've decided to reread it this year. But only during the correlating months. Meaning I'm only reading the prologue today which is pretty dang sad. But I'm so looking forward to rereading this book. It made me so unbelievably happy last year, I can't wait to go back to 1997 once again!

That halloween night was written so perfectly! The Scream references, every house being decorated like crazy, the trick or treating...I could cry because of how perfect and cozy it was!! Uggh I could go into a whole rant about how lackluster it is nowadays but it would just make me depressed. I'm just going to live vicariously through these characters and ignore how sad our reality is.

Knowing this book is set in 1997 and hearing them talk about friends in the present tense 🥺🥰

Also idk if Julie Olivia has a cast in her head for these characters already, but in my head Michelle is Shannen Doherty and Cliff is Billy Burke (specifically when he dated Lorelai in season three of Gilmore Girls)

The way Cliff has me giggling 😂😂
