From Murakami’s soft core porn horniness that he can’t seem to get away from - to the horrifying retellings of Mongolian war crimes used as metaphors to the protagonists insecurities. We are completely and utterly lost in the bizzare world of Mr. Wind-Up Bird. Nice.
