I don’t want to keep reading this. I think I’ve undone at least 2 years worth of therapy progress.
At the same time this is really important to me and like a little too much but in a good way.
I wish it wasn’t so stupid.

I feel sick.
I thought my mental would be okay because they were supposed to keep being stupid. It’s not as stupid anymore. It’s really devastating actually.

I know I keep saying this, but now I’m REALLY scared.
