slogging through this book is actually painnnnful. if I didn’t care about being in the know of what happens so I’m prepared for kingdom of ash I’d DNF it. it’s not even about Chaol sucking anymore that is making me feel uninvested.
he’s fine, we’ve grown. BUT the plot itself feels SO boring and pointless. UGH! waiting for some shit to shake!
