A question for anyone who's read Thunderstruck:
At p. 150, I'm ready to abandon the Crippen story, which I find tedious and couldn't care less about. Should I?
I'm very interested in the Marconi story, despite him saddling it with so much extraneous details and asides every step of the way. (Detail relevant to the story are appreciated. Not all the name-dropping and trivia bursts.)

I loved this book and both stories so I absolutely would say continue. That said, I know every book isn’t for everyone so that has to be taken into consideration. The Crippen story gets way more involved as the book goes on and is one of the more macabre stories out there; I have found that story referenced in a lot of other books, fiction and nonfiction alike. Just my two cents.
