The foundation we give our kids should be Jesus, not a specific church, not the Christian way of living, not a specific program like Awana, but Jesus, so that no matter where they are in life or what they’re experiencing, they know who to turn to!

“Train your kids to instinctively run to the Word for comfort from the Spirit. . . . [Train] them to center their very lives around Him” (82). Best parenting book I’ve ever read, and I’ve read lots of them!

Can’t believe how much good stuff is packed into this book! I keep saying AMEN on every page! I can’t wait to share this resource with other parents! Teach them to have a heart of obedience and self-control early. so they have a heart that genuinely wants to obey God later rather than their own desires.

This book is incredible! How have I not read it before? Parents need to work together to intentionally raise kids who love God, passionately, and love others on purpose. This takes being intentional together not just going to church on Sunday. We must be on mission together to raise children who will be lifelong followers of Jesus.
