Feel like we’re FINALLY getting to know the characters after over 200 pages. Don’t hate kaz as much as I used to but still dislike him. Wylan is my fav character currently. Still can’t stand Mathias.

It’s okay, but honestly every character is annoying me except Wylan. No one else seems very nice, especially Kaz and Mathias. Plot’s good but I feel like Leigh just expects you to know about the Grishaverse, which I don’t, which makes the plot harder to understand. I’ve had to Google several Grishaverse words. Also, I’m not a fan of the enemies to lovers trope, and so far all the romance seems like ETL.
