i still don’t get this whole evangeline/apollo husband-but-not-really-husband thing. girl why are you stressing over a man who’s literally marinated in oil 😭 okok it’s the stones of joy and everyone’s basically hallucinating at this point, but this is SO gonna end badly. i can feel it

am i the only one side-eyeing the name “petra youngblood”? 😭 in italian it’s even better because petra sounds almost exactly like pietra (“stone”), so her name basically screams “stone of youth” owner.

i seriously can’t wait for tomorrow night so i can just read in peace. i’ve been making zero progress with this book. 😭😭
