i can tell i'm missing things that i normally pick up on but in other regards i feel like the first two times i read this i was reading with my eyes closed. there is some Crazy Shit that i straight up do not remember at all

i read a review that talked about the characters in this book feeling very ya-flavored wrt emotions and i just. what. truly cannot comprehend that. everyone is stupid but very adult-stupid and i'd expect nothing less from the situation they're in
