my biggest gripe with the book so far is how everytime something weird happens, it legit says “weird, right?” Like oh my god, this is a horror novel, stop pointing this shit out, we can see it is kindof weird, it is permitted to be weird and in FACT some weirdness is required in a horror novel, in my opinion !! So just lean into it, no shame, instead of pointing it out like yh its weird ughh
