An absolutely class first act.
It may be difficult to keep track of the characters if you're reading it sporadically, but I'm really enjoying it so far!
It's very like The Secret History, but in many ways fulfills what I felt it lacked. There's already much more foreshadowing, symbolism, a strong main character. But you could also argue that they falls victim to the Breakfast Club effect of superficial stereotypes..
