enjoying this more than i thought i would!!!
- i love the main character (all my favourite fmcs are skilled with knives/combat taught by their father (figure) eg aelin, jude, the pirate girl) lmao and the tension with the guy is good (i’ve concluded he’s definitely a love interest) although we don’t yet know who her real father is so still could be him loll

so far so good, even if it is giving the cliche “normal poor girl who doesn’t realise she has powers” cliche. sometimes the cliche plots are the best
