The internet formatting sections are so efficient at conveying information! This was really clever of Rowling to include this stuff for a mystery that has so much online material. Even the way the YouTube videos are written are so realistic, haha. This must've taken Rowling so much extra work to do, wow! She never ceases to impress me.

I agree, the formatting made it easy to see even multiple conversations happening simultaneously. This one offers some extra suspense because as readers we see conversations that Strike and Robin don't.

Yeah!! I've been wondering if they'll ever get to see a record of the game's mod chats or not.
