My gasts are all the way flabbered. How the hell did I miss the last sentence of this chapter. Did I even really read the book the first time??? This book is pure genius.

I can hear Gideon’s narration so much clearer now that I know what to look for. She is so very funny. Saying holy shit right before Harrow kisses Ianthe is hilarious and so Gideon. But somehow also subtle during the first read but also so obvious now. This book is a masterpiece.

I’m crying. Everything makes so much more sense the second time around. Harrow saying her first ever act of free will was to save Gideon makes me cry. That’s so sweet and breaks my heart. They are so gay.

That was the best dad joke ever written. What the fuck is happening????
