started reading bits and pieces of this alongside Seeking Allah, Finding Jesus and my ex-Muslim missionary friend from Turkiye said I should read it in its entirety if I hope to evangelize to Muslims so here goes

Was v interested + scared to read Surah 4 bc of how much I quote it to Muslim friends of what is permissible:
“to those your right hands possess” (4:3, 24, 25) is sex slave language when translated into Arabic. Don’t let it fool you.
“To him who fighteth in the cause of Allah (will be given) a reward of great value” (4:74-77)
(for those who reject Faith) “slay them wherever ye find them” (4:89-91)

The inconsistencies are really gettin me man
3:3-4 It is (Allah) who sent down to thee the (Quran), confirming what went before it; and He sent down the Law of Moses and the Gospel of Jesus before this, as a guide to mankind. Those who reject Faith in the Signs of Allah will suffer the severest penalty.
if the Bible isn’t true, then the Quran isn’t true. If the Bible IS true, then the Quran STILL ISN’T true
