Bro. Nah. WHAT. The last quarter was INSANE?? The author lulled me with a slow pace, then grabbed me by the neck and dragged me down the rollercoaster without letting me breathe. What the hell!
I need to process. And decompress. And assimilate. And...mostly go to sleep. Even though I crave a drink 💀 That page count felt like nothing, woah.

I've always loved stories of the lorelai. Men consider them monsters - but what do they do that is so monstrous? They simply sit on the rocks, naked and singing. If men see their nakedness as an invitation, and their enjoyment as something to be ruined, what fault is that of the lorelai?

I KNOW I feel like this book is withholding information, spoon feeding me little bites just for taste and leaving my head spinning! ...which I love in fantasy so yay 😂
(That 'Let's find out' had my my jaw drop a bit Aah this is gonna be a wild ride. And I'm already dreading the end and ready to pester the author about book three 🤣)

AhaHAA okay so, I myself know very little so far despite already spinning theories, but basically! That person was going to kill a little kid and it seemed it actually happened, but not really?? So the little boy is somewhere alive...and adult now, probably. And the would-be-killer was painted as the main villain in book one, but now I'm not so sure because there's no black and white here, and it honestly, the cunning women that surround this "villain" are so badass they make him look pretty pathetic 😂
