They’re too happy, uh oh

The blind agony of finding rejection form the place in which you’d been sold the dream of acceptance & belonging; I have not an English word that can describe the severity of what is lost so I will borrow the German: Geborgenheit.
Realising that regardless of the effort one dedicates oneself to, they are ultimately ‘other’ & their identity lies only in the alienation of their own skin. Treachery in existence.
